Restaurant Pasta e Basta is een wereldberoemd Italiaans restaurant met geweldig zingende en dansende bediening. Het restaurant is gelegen op de grachtengordel tussen de Keizers- en de Herengracht, ter hoogte van de Gouden Bocht.

Al vanaf het begin (ongeveer 10 jaar geleden) is Pasta e Basta een groot succes. Niet alleen vanwege de goede kwaliteit van de zangers en zangeressen, maar vooral ook door de vriendelijkheid en servicegerichtheid van de gehele staf, de verse Italiaanse keuken, de uitgebreide bekroonde wijnkaart en uiteraard het schitterende pand aan de Nieuwe Spiegelstraat. Pasta e Basta heeft een warm en romantisch interieur, welke is uitgerust met een uitgebalanceerde luchtreiniging die juist aan niet- rokers frisse lucht biedt.
Ondanks het feit dat er ruim honderd mensen tegelijk kunnen dineren is de atmosfeer bijna huiselijk te noemen. De zitplaatsen bij Pasta e Basta zijn verdeeld over lange en ronde tafels, enkele knusse zithoeken en een gezellige bar.
